Become a Member

The Garden is not only for those who enjoy gardening. If you enjoy being part of the community and wish to give something back you can become a social member. Volunteering is rewarding and there are many ways in which volunteers can contribute.Get in touch and discuss with us how you can assist.

Garden membership is open to all members of the community. We have several NFP organisations that have memberships and the garden is a safe and relaxing environment.

If you have a particular interest that can be of benefit to the garden, or if you are a group or club looking for a home or venue to meet and advance your gardening related interest give us a call.

There are three types of membership

Ordinary Membership – A person who is 18 years and over with full voting rights of the Association.
Annual Fee:          $20-00

Family Membership – Wife/husband/partner and children of the same family with one vote allocated per family.
Annual Fee:          $30-00

Group Membership – For organisations wishing to visit the garden to either participate in garden related activities or simply to enjoy the surrounds. Organisations are required to maintain their own insurance and are allocated one vote for the organisation.
Annual Fee:           $40-00

In addition, plots are available for private lease at an additional cost of
Normal plot           $50-00 per annum
Wicking Bed          $20.00 per annum
